No fuss separation

It’s fair to say that breaking up is hard to do.

To put it mildly, separation is a time of significant change – the end of a relationship, moving homes, going from two incomes to one, becoming a single parent – one of these things alone is usually stressful, but combining them all together?

It’s no surprise that separation is one of the most traumatic times you can expect to experience in your life.

I know that things can feel overwhelming, and that everything seems like it’s up in the air. My aim is to get you through to the other side of separation with the least amount of stress and cost, and with your sanity and relationships intact.

My approach is simple:

  1. Tell me what has been happening.
  2. I will identify your options to resolve the problems.
  3. I will identify the costs and benefits of each option in a practical way.
  4. I will map out the next steps for you to take.

If you’re needing some family law help or advice, give me a call or email me. I can help make sense of what’s been happening and work through your options to give you some peace of mind.
