Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wordfence domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Pre-Separation Advice

People often come to us for pre-separation advice, wanting to know how best to separate when the time comes and to make sure they are protected.

The separation process can seem overwhelming. If you’re considering ending your relationship, it can be helpful to get some early legal advice to go through your options.

We’ve found that once people know what is involved and the choices available to them, they typically feel relieved and calmer about the future.

If you are worried about your spouse finding out, don’t be – our discussions are confidential and your spouse doesn’t need to know you have gotten some early legal advice.

Our approach is simple:

  1. Tell us what has been happening.
  2. We will identify your options to resolve the problems, including support services available.
  3. We will identify the costs and benefits of each option in a practical way.
  4. We will map out the next steps for you to take.

Give us a call or send us an email to make a time to meet. Allow around 1 to 2 hours to go through everything.
